As an astute business communicator in the area of customer relations, she is adept in customer interfacing, customer retention, problem solving with an excellent customer service management skill. She is passionate about empowering individuals to reach their full potential, and fostering business success through exceptional customer service.

She bagged her first degree in Pure and Applied Chemistry from the University of Uyo. And with a strong desire to learn the rudiments of business communications, she pursued a second degree in Mass Communications at the University of Lagos. With a never ending cycle of learning she continues to expose herself to trainings while acquiring relevant certifications. Currently understudying how AI can be maximised by both small scale and large scale organisations while still having the Human touch, she intends to contribute her quota in making the customer service industry relevant in all organisations.

Ihuoma Uche is the Group head of Legal Services and company secretary of the Arkland Group Ltd. In this role, she oversees the legal services, corporate and commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, risk management, and corporate governance for the Company. Prior to this role, she honed her skills at Banji Alabi & Co, a multi-serve law firm in Lagos where she rose to become a Senior Associate and the Practice Manager.

She holds a Law Degree from the University of Nigeria and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2012. She also holds a master’s degree in Commercial and Corporate Law from the University of London as well as a postgraduate Diploma in International Business Law.

Oluseun Awofisoye is Head of Operations at Arkland Properties and Investment Company Ltd. Prior to joining the company, he was a Zonal Rollout Manager at Globacom Limited having worked with the company for 11 years as part of the pioneering team that successfully built and launched Globacom network in most Northern states of Nigeria including the FCT.

He has over Two decades of hands-on roles/experience in the Real Estate industry developed from land acquisition, valuation, property development, sales of finished and off-plan properties, property management, building maintenance, and facilities management of residential& commercial properties.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Estate Management from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, and a Master’s degree in Facilities Management from Ahmadu Bello University. Zaria. He is an alumnus of Lagos Business School where he successfully completed the Owner-Manager Programme (OMP 39) of the prestigious school. He is a dynamic and resourceful individual who believes strongly in providing exceptional service through professionalism.

He is an Associate member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors & Valuers and a Registered Estate Surveyor & Valuer. He is also a member of the International Facilities Management association IFMA and has attended various international trainings & conferences organized by the British Institute of Facilities Management (BIFM) & International Facility Management Association (IFMA).

At Arkland Properties, one of the leading real estate organizations in Nigeria, West Africa, Edith Umana Otegbeye serves as the Head of Sales & Client Services managing over 14 team members. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the Benin Republic’s Houdegbe North American University. She was employed as the Head of Sales at Seso Global before joining Arkland Properties in 2020.

Edith is a change agent with a solid background in sales to a tune of $80m, database management, business development, great interpersonal skills, and extensive industry knowledge. She has successfully established a network of contacts and partners in the most important sectors locally and internationally. Edith has participated in several training programs such as data analytics, real estate advisory, negotiation mastery and sales management throughout her more than 8 years in the industry. The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria counts her among its members.

The three pillars of innovation, passion, and quantitative impact form the foundation of Evelyn Edumoh’s professional tenets as an executive in real estate management and business growth. In addition to strategy, negotiation, project design, real estate management, and business growth, she is a specialist in crisis and change management. Having worked in the real estate sector for over ten years, she has a great deal of firsthand experience with Nigerian and African real estate businesses. She has successfully made over 1000 families’ homes and closed agreements totalling over $150 million.

She currently works for one of the leading indigenous real estate companies in Nigeria, Arkland Properties, as the Chief Operating Officer, where she is in charge of operational management. Across multiple state in Nigeria. The Arkland Group is committed to offering the real estate market superior designs, constructions, and experiences.

Evelyn holds a computer science degree from the University of Abuja and has pursued further education from prestigious institutions such as Business School Netherlands (MBA), Lagos Business School, Strathmore Business School, and Harvard Business School. In addition to her academic achievements, Evelyn is passionate about leading community projects and mentoring young women.

Jide Olumodimu is the Group Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Arkland Group. Prior to setting up Arkland Group, he was an Executive Director at Adimex Engineering Services. He also worked as a Business Development Director at ClickMobile Communications Limited. Over the course of his 20 years sterling career, he has garnered diverse expertise in Real Estate Advisory, Sales and Business Development, Corporate Strategy Development, Relationship Management, and Business.

Unique Abade Christian currently serves as the Head of Media Communications & PR at Arkland Properties. With over a decade of experience, he has demonstrated expertise in brand/marketing communication and digital content roles. His diverse skill set includes proficiency in content marketing, email marketing, social media (organic and ads) marketing, SEO analyses, website management, google analytics, and graphic design.

In addition to his role in project management, Unique exhibits participatory leadership skills, enabling him to oversee the creation and implementation of communication strategies across all digital and traditional channels. His capabilities extend to leads generation and channeling through CRM tools such as Salesforce and Zoho, facilitating efficient management and tracking of leads for enhanced sales processes.

As part of his responsibilities, Unique establishes style guides, brand guidelines, and brand vision. Moreover, he excels in crafting compelling value propositions for product development and new product launches. His multifaceted experience positions him as a valuable asset in driving the success of communication and marketing initiatives at Arkland Properties.
