Edith has participated in several training programs such as data analytics, real estate advisory, negotiation mastery and sales management throughout her more than 8 years in the industry. Ms. Enobong Tobby is the Head, Client Services at Arkland Properties.
As an astute business communicator in the area of customer relations, she is adept in customer interfacing, customer retention, problem solving with an excellent customer service management skill. She is passionate about empowering individuals to reach their full potential, and fostering business success through exceptional customer service.
She bagged her first degree in Pure and Applied Chemistry from the University of Uyo. And with a strong desire to learn the rudiments of business communications, she pursued a second degree in Mass Communications at the University of Lagos. With a never ending cycle of learning she continues to expose herself to trainings while acquiring relevant certifications. Currently understudying how AI can be maximised by both small scale and large scale organisations while still having the Human touch, she intends to contribute her quota in making the customer service industry relevant in all organisations.

Amara Orji holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business, complementing her Higher National Diploma (HND) in Office Technology and Management from Abia State Polytechnic, Aba. With a rich career spanning multiple roles, Amara has successfully functioned as a Business Development Manager, Relationship Manager, Team Lead, Project Supervisor and Head of Sales.
Over the years, she has garnered extensive knowledge and experience in various facets of the real estate industry, including marketing, negotiation techniques, relationship management, conflict resolution, customer service, and project supervision. Amara’s diverse skill set and dedication make her a valuable asset in the real estate sector, consistently contributing to successful projects and satisfied clients.
Ihuoma Uche is the Group head of Legal Services and company secretary of the Arkland Group Ltd. In this role, she oversees the legal services, corporate and commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, risk management, and corporate governance for the Company. Prior to this role, she honed her skills at Banji Alabi & Co, a multi-serve law firm in Lagos where she rose to become a Senior Associate and the Practice Manager.
She holds a Law Degree from the University of Nigeria and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2012. She also holds a master’s degree in Commercial and Corporate Law from the University of London as well as a postgraduate Diploma in International Business Law.
Jide Olumodimu is the Group Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Arkland Group. Prior to setting up Arkland Group, he was an Executive Director at Adimex Engineering Services. He also worked as a Business Development Director at ClickMobile Communications Limited. Over the course of his 20 years sterling career, he has garnered diverse expertise in Real Estate Advisory, Sales and Business Development, Corporate Strategy Development, Relationship Management, and Business.
Unique Abade Christian currently serves as the Head of Media Communications & PR at Arkland Properties. With over a decade of experience, he has demonstrated expertise in brand/marketing communication and digital content roles. His diverse skill set includes proficiency in content marketing, email marketing, social media (organic and ads) marketing, SEO analyses, website management, google analytics, and graphic design.
In addition to his role in project management, Unique exhibits participatory leadership skills, enabling him to oversee the creation and implementation of communication strategies across all digital and traditional channels. His capabilities extend to leads generation and channeling through CRM tools such as Salesforce and Zoho, facilitating efficient management and tracking of leads for enhanced sales processes.
